She has been a member of the Ramblerettes for four years, served as cheerleader in her senior year, and was inthe National Honor Society for three years, holding offices the last two years. Being chosen Homecoming Duchess, class favorite for three years, and elected to Who'sWho in her junior and senior years proves Danell'spopularity among her classmates and the faculty. TOMMY COLLINS a senior this year was one of Norths1de's most valuable athletes He part1c1pated both varsity football and track s e rving as co captain of the football team and captain of the track team H was elected Mr Touchdown and received Joske's award for Most Valuable Football Player He was chosen for honorable mention of the allD1str1ct ZSAA Football Team In addition to all his athletic activities Tommy served as secretary of the senior class and was a senior representa tive in the Student Council He was alsoaKey Club mem ber and the advertising manager on the Rampage fl -1 BARBARA VAN DELDEN a pretty well known senior has served Northside in many ways the past four years Barbara spent her senior year actively serving as vice pres ident of the Student Council and advertising manager of the HORN She was a member of the Ramblerettes for four years held the Off1C6 of secretary in her senior year and was a me rnber of the National Honor Society for two years This is Barbara s second year to be elected to Who's Who and she was honored as a Homecoming Duc he s s dur1ng football season 58 A ii. At Northside PATRICIA SMITH is a nevtly elected senior member of the Who's Who this year She served as treasurer for the Library Club having been a member for four years She has been in the National Honor Society for three years Pat de vot e d a great deal of her time this year to speech activities being in both the senior play and the Speech Club play She was a member of the Speech Club and qualified as a charter m e mbe r of the National The spians DANIEL DODSON one of the friendly faces around Northslde has the pr 1V1lC ge of being in Who's Who for the second year as wel' as serving in many organizations He was Drum Major of the Band and Vice President of the Library Club having been a member of both for four years He was also a memb e r of the National Honor Society and Key Club for three years and two years re spectively His participation in the senior play both as an actor and stage manager made it possible for him to become a charter member of the newly organized lNat1onalThesp1ans VERLEEN CALLE was one of the most active seniors at Northside this year She serxed xery Capably President of the Band and Library Club both ofwhich She has been a member for the last four years She was also a member of the National Honor Society Speech Club HORN STAFF and an honorary member of the Student Council She also acted as property manager of the senior play TIME OUT FOR GINGER This 15 the second year Verleen has been elected to Who's Who X41 59 Q O If 7'1 - . , - I ,rrx , I vw' Y A .
