On October 4 the Rams rnvaded Boerne Texas to play a ball game that showed the drrve and fortrtude of 11 boys M61 Ott who played the whole game plowed over the center of the lrne trme after trme to prck up four to seven yards at a trme Irm Davenport played hrs heart out al though he was sufferrng from a severe hrp rmury Kerth Mason suffered greatly from a leg rmury and was not allowed to carry the ball once Thrs restrrcted the backfreld to only three run rung breaks Freddy Meyer also drove through tackle whenever the yards were needed The sta trstrcs showed N H S won rn every way except the score whrch was 20 O 'UV -gy. Roms ore bounced by Clarence Kohlleppel, a junior, played tackle for the Rams. He has played 3 years of varsity ball and earned his letter this year. He missed the last 3 games due to a serious kidney illness. Jimmy Davenport, senior halfback for the Rams, has served on the squad for four years, lettering for two of them.
