‘This Teacher Will Never Retire from the Hearts of Students Mr. Arthur Renner American History End of a Great Career For a total of forty years Mr. Arthur Renner has served as an example and as a teacher to the students of this area. Serving for 22 years in the Northridge school system, Mr. Renner is going to retire at the end of this school year. He also taught for 18 years in Randolph school system, which later incorporated with Engle- wood in their school system, which became Northmont. Most students may know or recognize him as the mean little man with the gruff voice. However, after studying under him and getting to know him better they find that he is a sincere person and acts mean only to help his students. This man may often be heard repeating phrases such as You have been told , refer to the Muzzy , and Your grandma ain't gonna do it f or you. Mr. Renner is a fine citizen and a good example for anyone.to follow. He is an excellent teacher and has produced many out- Standing students in the field of History. He has also contributed much of his time to athletics and helping to improve this school as a whole. In addition to all these activities Mr. Renner spent much of this time aiding and caring for his wife, who is an invalid. As you can see Mr. Renner has had an active 22 years here at Northridge and truly deserves this retirement. The entire student body is sorry to see him go but they praise him as a teacher and an individual.
