A bit of Philosophy about life. We start life in the center of the family and gradually expand our awareness of life and knowledge in ever widening circles. The school is only one part of this process. The school’s function is definitely important in providing the learning process to provide the necessary knowledge and skills to earn a living and to help the student take his place in society. It is important for each of us to remember that we start in the center of our family and for a successful life we need to keep our center of operation in the family. If we do this, our spiritual, moral and patriotic struc- ture of life is on a strong foundation. Samuel L. Bell Local Superintendent PRINCIPAL James E. Congrove To the graduates of 1973, Best Wishes and Good Luck in the future. To the classes of 1974,1975, and 1976, we offer the challenge of the years to come. Greg, and Richard Message From The Seniors The Band Banquet and the Spring Concert were both very special times for everyone but especially for us, the Seniors. Eighteen of us had been in Marching and Concert Band for four years and most of us for five. Spring Concert was our last official performance as the 1972-73 band. There was the usual excite- ment but there was more; it was our last time with Mrs. Lobdell and with each other. It made THIS concert different and special. It became our best concert yet. The Seniors bid not a goodbye, but only a farewell to the NHS band, Archie, Aunt Patty, all our other helpers and drivers, and Mrs. Lobdell. Thank you; we wish you all much fun, luck, and success wherever you go. We'll all be back one time or another to see the band, for it will always be NO. 1 in our hearts.
