B ' 'M Guidance Department Northland reorganized the Guidance Department this year to include a new counselor, Mr. Ronald Rabold, and to introduce a new method of counseling. Mr. Rabold was transferred from the art department to the guidance department to meet state standards of one counselor for every 400 students attending the school. Veteran counselors, Mr, Terry Schreiber, Mrs. Cherrye Lucas and Mrs. Helen Lias Cchairwomanj were still kept busy, even with the additional help. The new system of counseling this year was a cooperative effort between all the counselors. Each student was assigned a counselor at the beginning of the year and that counselor served all aspects of that student's counseling needs. wi up . N f f f 7 .f.t link!
