The 1973-74 sophomore football team had a perfect season record of 8-0. Coach lVlcKenzie described the season as a team effort with everybody playing well. Darby Clay as quarterback along with Randy Heremza lead the offensive scoring punch! Providing excellent blocking were Les Spu- lack, Bill Wuest, Will Klumb, Jeff Hajdu, and Braxton Lee. The defense was solid with such outstanding players as Fred Sandon, Tim Davis, lVlatt Nliller, and Rick Nlay. 84
