i The 1973-74 Northglenn High School basketball team ended their season with a record of 12-6. This placed the Norse third in league, and qualified them for the district playoffs against Pueblo South in which they lost by a score of 108-89. This years squad was composed of 4 outstanding seniors, Rick Nelson, Jim Pappas, Mark Sandoval and lVlike Roberts, 5 juniors and 1 sophomore. Looking ahead to next year, Coach Flynn expects the hard working juniors and sophomores to fill the spots vacated by this years seniors. The sophomore team was coached by Coach Carlson and the junior varsity by Coach Stevens. With both fine young teams, the coaches have that much more reason to be optimistic for the up coming season.
