The fall baseball action was begun in 1973 but, student support merited the return of fall baseball in 1974. Northern's 24 career fields showed strong enrollment gains- part of that gain came from the growing number of persons over 21 years-of-age who wanted to improve on talents they were already using in theirjobs.
