Telephone service for every dormitory room on the Northern Oklahoma College campus is a possibility according to Clane Kirtley, dean of students. The feasability of such a pro- gram was part ofa study con- ducted in the fall by the telephone company. If the program is approved, telephone company officials indicate that it would take at least one full year before equipment could be installed.
