Sponsored by the Student Senate, the day's agenda included an assembly featuring a slave sale, Climaxing Sadie Hawkins Day was the coronation of Mari- lyn Hill as Daisy Mae and Nick Baade as Lil' Abner at the dogpatch dance. In the background at the right is the greased pole climb. ln the girls' pole climb Pam Q'Mealey, Judith LaRue, and Karen Bush tied for first place. First place in the boy's pole climb went to Gary Cleve- land and Frank LeRoy. a dogpatch melodrama, and faculty Lil' Abner and Daisy Mae contest.
