DR. . .EASTERLI G PRESIDE T ORTHERN OKLAHOMA JUNIOR COLLEGE This year marks the eleventh year for Dr. V. R. Easterling as President at Northern. Commander V. R. Easterling, USNR is an active for the U. S. Navy. He is regional liaison officer for the US Naval Academy and a general consultant for Sea Power. He is also a man with a wide range of interests which include books, writing, speaking, religion in higher education, agriculture, fishing and hunting.
