The men pzwticipating' were john tfollins, llen Harris. Raymond Goode, l.eo tiodin, limerson johnston, and Minden Muynzu'tl. llesides this, the society took part in inter-society debates with the llinervztns and XVehster society. Mr. Mallory became faculty advisor nt the beginning' of the X'Vinter term when Nl r. llowman found it impossible to continue as supervisor hecztuse of other duties. X ' -4'- V 4-.,,, A '-11f,'--- -fA--- ' Webster Debating Club The year just ended was the most successful and enjoyable one that was ever recorded in the XVebster Debating' Club. Although the membership was small, it was unsurpassed in activity and interest. The success of the club is largely due to the unlimited amount of interest shown by each member in co-operating' with one another to keep up the reputation which the club has gained in the past years. Meetings were held weekly. These were well attended and enjoyed by every member. The programs were largely devoted to debating, with occasional speeches on various topics of particular interest to the members.
