Bray and Dr. M. Walker. Meetings are held once a month in order to discuss inter' fraternal problems and to bring about a feeling of cofoperation between the individual groups. The Council has formulated certiin laws, concerning rushing and pledging, which each Greek letter organization must abide by. '
