Seniors Take The Prizes The Annual Polaris Style Show and Tea was held Thursday, February 1. The style show winners were: Phyllis Bush, 1st place; Cori Goff, 2nd place; and Kathy Riggs, 3rd place. Marcia Kusmaul was named as the freshmen division winner. The Polaris Club provided the judge and a gift of a year's subscription to sev- enteen magazine for the Home Economics Depart- ment. Forensics Team Receives II Ratings The Northern Heights Forensics team, sponsored this year by Charles Kayser, was comprised of two members: Margot Dietrich and Katrica Moreland. Both girls per- formed well in the league festival held at Emporia State University and in the regional festival at Beth- el College of Newton, Kansas. At festival a I rating means ex- cellent, and a II rating indicates very good. At Newton, Katrica earned a II rating in Oral Interpre- tation of Prose. Margot Dietrich earned II rating in both Oral Inter- pretation of Prose and Oral Inter- pretation of Poetry.
