The sorority purposes to promote interest in home making and right living. While at present it is only locally organized it is the aspiration of the group to affiliate with a national honorary sorority soon. It is felt that through the activities of the society the girls have been brought into closer relationship and a kindlier atmosphere has been created. One Hundred Twenty-five

Pecharich Henryetta Wagner Mildred Winn With the beginning of the fall quarter there was organized in the college an honor society known as Sigma Eta Alpha. In this organization officers are elected at the beginning of each quarter, and, under the guidance of these officers, the Society carries on its own social activity. Since the organization of Sigma Eta Alpha there has been a notice- able increase in the number of students making the honor roll each quar- ter. This increased scholastic effort is partially stimulated by the desire for permanent membership in the honor society.
