Adviser to the Clan of 1943 Albert E. Whittaker was born in North Adams, Mas- sachusetts, July 1, 1891. He attended North Adams public schools, Fitchburg State Teachers College, Lowell Institute, George Washington University, Harvard Uni- versity, and Northeastern University and has both an Ed.M. and a B.S. degree. After working at many other jobs he came to Northeastern University in 1924 and has taught in the Mechanical Engineering Department since then. He is married and lives at 77 Greenwood Street, Greenwood, Mass. He is a member of Tau Beta Pi, S.P.E.E., A.S.M.E., and Phi Gamma Pi Fraternity. Our class has been fortunate in having Prof. Whittaker as our adviser and his experi- ence and council has often straightened us out of our difficulties. All members of the class rate him highly as a friend and a counsellor and feel that their college life has been made fuller because of his acquaintance. This tribute is our commemoration to a difficult task well handled. Senior Class Officers Ambrose B. Nangeroni George L. Richardson Henry O.
