lit? sfliiili looi oiii lf you want to join the rank and file of Northeastern, the only tickets left for sale are Standing Room Only Called the fastest growing university in the state of Oklahoma, NSU enrollment figures topped 8,300. In just six short years, Northeastern seems to have pulled out all the stops. Students poured in and with them an abundance of every- thing...events, enthusiasm, honors, and yes, sometimes problems. Enrollment was hectic to say the least. Faculty and staff alike were plagued by nightmares during enrollment week. Stu- dents who stood in line only two or three hours to enroll considered themselves lucky. And later paying for those classes . . . well, that was another situation en- tirely. In order to accomodate the growing stu- dent body, two new parking lots were con- structed. But circling drivers could have done without the 250 new signs telling them where they couldn't park. Making more friends in longer waiting lines, meeting more dateable people at jam-packed basketball games, and an in- tegrated campus spirit were a few of the calamities of a larger student body. What could have been better? Not much. 2 ' Opening -...A f f fY t',Q:4wP ,w,,,,,fa'... vw?-515517 . . a Ql., . . in ,, - 3 1' 1 . , . Q-t . . .-V J., . 's 4 .
