Well-known on campus, the organization sponsored other campus activities such as the Calendar Girl contest, student directories, the sale of job opportunity -f booklets and calendars and a campaign for blazers for the basketball players. Spring and fall initiation of pledges highlight the year for Pi Deltas. Programs for meetings are discussions of well-known and popular writers. The members look forward to their annual Christmas party each year and to the initiation of new members. To be eligible for membership in the fraternity, a student must maintain an overall grade average of 2.5, a 3.0 average in English, and be studying for a major or minor in English.
