Robert S. Turtle, a chemical engineering major from West Des Moines, Iowa, has been listed on the President's Honor Roll and Dean's Honor Roll. He is a member of the Phi Theta Kappa, Engineers, Club, and Student Senate. He has been a scribe for the Intercollegiate Knights anW has led the Wesley Foundation as president. He re- ceived the NBC non-resident scholarship his freshman year. Linda Sue Burnside is a home economics major from Bluejacket. She is a member of the Phi Theta Kappa, Order of Freyja, Dean's Honor Roll, Pte-Med Club, and Home Economics Club. She was a BSU executive councilman and de- votional chairman of YWA. She was also a lab assistant. Joe Clapp, agricultural education major from Wyandotte, is a member of the Aggie Society and served as Sergeant-at-Atms for one se- mester for this club. He was a member of the Pre-Med Club for one semester. He ranked as second high individual in judging at the South- western Livestock Exposition at Fort Worth.

Kendall Marlene Harrell, a music education major from Chelsea, was selected as Phi Theta Kappa queen and Aggie Princess. She has served as Freshman class secretary, vice-president of Phi Theta Kappa, YWA president, and BSU executive council member. A member of the Girls, vocal ensemble and College girls' quartet, she had the lead role in a college musical her Freshman year. She is affiliated with the Order of Freyia. ownmum : Joseph M. Smith, who is a McCune, Kansas, range management major has served as regional president of Intercollegiate Knights and was a national executive council member of the IK. He has been listed on the Deanhs Honor Roll and selected as Phi Theta Kappa president. He was an Aggie Society Secretary and Aggie Day official. He participated in intra-mural sports. He was also a part-time secretary for the English de- partment. Collis R. Geren is a member of the Presidenfs Honor Roll and Dean's Honor Roll. A science education major from Commerce, he received a $500 scholarship from NBC. He has been a mem- ber of the Pre-Med Club, Intercollegiate Knights, and vice-president of Phi Theta Kappa.

i . ' ., Charles Dwight Burwell, a communications-law g major from Muskogee, has participated actively in speech and debate. He has served as president of the Debate Club, National Student President - : ' . .7; of Phi Rho Pi, and was on the Deatfs Honor Roll. A winner of numerous individual speech trophies, he was state champion in debate and also National and state extemporaneous champion. He served as Senator-at-large and was voted Student Senate President. and mathematics major from Tehran, Iran. He g served as president of the International club and was vice-president of the Engineering club. He is a member of the Wesley Foundation and Pro- fessional Educators Society. K Youness Oacki Ahmadian is an engineering a K !3 NA. h 4 .A Marvin Younger, an industrial education major from Chelsea, is a member of the ITS and Phi .Theta Kappa. He is a member of the Deans Honor Roll and has completed a four semester study program in three semesters.
