Jones. The boy's chorus provides all boys who want to sing an op- portunity to participate in a singing group. It strives to develop among the singers a sound Vocal technique and a greater love of ehoral inusie for the male voices. The best choral niusie, sacred and secular, is prepared tor the finest public performance possible by the group. The ehorus is under the direction of Richard li. Shade. The officers are as follows: Doll Zirkle, president, Clair Snnth. 'vice- presidentg Oscar May, secretary, and Richard Crone, treasurer. This chorus provides all high school girls an opportunity for creative choral expression in a large group. Sound vocal habits and choral techniques are developed to the highest possible degree en- abling all participants to enjoy singing to the tullest extent. Sacred and secular choral music is studied and prepared for artistic ren- dition in public performances. The activities of the chorus include the annual Spring Concert, Christmas Assenibl Baccalaureate Service and Connnenceinent. 7 ! The chorus is under the direction of Richard B. Shade. The of- ficers arc: Theda Lehr, president, Rovena Sweitzer, vice-president, Dorothy Reese, secretary, Julia Straley, librarian, Ruth Reeser, assistant librarian. The accoinpanists are Patsy Stainbaugh and Theda Lehr.
