We, as the 1970 Lance staff have worked hard to make this yearbook your book and one you will enjoy. As the editor of the 1970 Lance, I hope you will get as much pleasure from it as I have. I would like to express appreciation to Mrs. Forrest and my staff for all their time and effort they put into this yearbook. I wish to thank Mr. William Keever, our photogra- pher, and Mr. Larry Glaze, Paragon Yearbook Representative, for giving their time to make the year- book a better one. I also want to thank Mr. Stults, Mr. Coats and the faculty for their cooperation. The 1970 Lance has finally come to an end but in your mind we hope it will live on for many years to come.
