The 1964 Viking Swimming Team, under the direc- tion of Coaches Barbara Freeman and Ned Allen, made full use of the advantage of having a pool at Northeast in completing another successful year. To build up endurance and strength, the squad did various exercises, including Warm-ups, stretches, iso- metrics, and push-ups.
