Pep Squad Encourages The Pep Squad was newly organized this year under the directorsliip of Miss Balasso and Mr. Wilson. The squad is open to all students of the school, and its ob- jectives are to promote school spirit and support the athletic program wholeheartedly. Members are issued a Pep Squad emblem and the squad cheers as a group at athletic meets. A point sys- tem is used with credits for attending meetings and games. High scorers received letters at the end of the year. The Pep Squad has done a fine job toward helping to promote school spirit this year, and we hope to con- tinue and grow for many years to come.
