JU IOR CLASS Bringing together the talents and ideas from three different iunior high schools, the class of '61 began its life at Northeast as the largest sophomore class, with an enrollment of 750. Although smaller in number as luniors, the class was greater in achievement and participation in school activities. Highlighting the junior year was the Junior-Senior Prom, one of the best in Northeast's history. During the year the iuniors worked to finance the Prom, pre- senting such successful activities as skating parties, pom-pom sales, and dances. A major event and money-making project was the iunior class play, Outward Bound. Leaving behind them a very successful year, the class of 'ol looks toward its senior year with great enthusiasm.
