The I.C.C. is the link between the clubs and the Student Council. The latter has recognized the I.C.C. as an organized body with powers to function as follows: l. Recommend to the Student Council any item of importance to club activities. 2. To enforce all rulings which the Student Council has established pertaining to clubs. 3. To establish club standards. 4. To determine qualifications neces- sary for the new clubs. 5. To issue club charters. To promote good public relations, sev- eral social events were held during the year. Chief of these was a party attended by the members of eight clubs, which was given at the Civitan Beach Club- house. These girls, through hard work and diligent attention to their program of twelve goals, serve Northeast High School very faithfully. The club is sponsored by the St. Petersburg Women of Rotary, and their assistance is to be highly commended.
