Albert Einstein, probably the greatest mathe- matical genius that ever lived, met his death. The amazing progress in atomic tests and the completion of the submarine NAUTILUS made everyone aware of the atomic age. . . .At Northeast, May Day was revised after a traditional pattern set many years ago at old Jackson high.
