EDITOR'S NOTE As we stand on the shore we can see in our mind's eye our four years at Northeast flowing by like a turbulent, stormy river. First we look downstream and see all of the happy days that have passed by, those happy days, spent in acquiring knowledge which we hope to apply in the near future. Now we stand on the threshold of life, between the past and future. All opportuni- ties flow before us, golden opportunities, a chance for fame, wealth, and spiritual possessions. Let us all make the most of this and hitch our wagons to a star. Now that our goal is set we turn and face upstream. In so doing, we catch a glimpse of the days to come, perhaps not so bright and cheerful, not so happy and carefree. However, only time can tell what destiny the future has in store for us. May we all be successful in every endeavor, and as happy as we were in the days we spent together at Northeast. 23
