When each of us is playing a match we are thinking about the individual win, but the goal is for everyone to win. Everyone on the team pulls for each other to win. Boys' team member Mark Seabaugh agreed. You want to win your own match, but you think about everybody else winning their matches so the team can win, he said. While tennis is anything but easy, the players are dedicated and extremely loyal. Anne attributed the commitment to the excitement of the game. Tennis is a fast sport, she said. lt may seem boring to people who just watch it, but playing tennis is so exciting.
