BESIDES SERVING AS THE THE SUPERIOR GENERAL of the Oblates the world over is the Very Reverend Dominic Baldu- celli. He resides in Rome. We feel his influence through his spiritual sons, our own teachers. A message to you, Father: they are the finest men on earth! Rehglbas Supenbrs CANON J. FRANCIS TUCKER, the first American Oblate, is a General Counsellor at Monte Carlo. During Father's recent visit he told us many interesting stories about life in France. Though he is many miles across the sea, we know that North Catholic still occupies a large space in Father's heart. Come back soon, Father! RE- LIGIOUS SUPERIOR of 71 of our teachers, Father Lawrence Kne- bels, opposite page, instructs our potential Einsteins in the complexities of Algebra. His great ability and remarkable patience have distinguished him in both of these endeavors. We are grateful for all that he has done for us. PRESIDING OVER THE NEW OB- LATE HOME in Chestnut Hill where 23 members of our facul- ty Iive, is cheerful Father Ward, opposite page. In addition to his iob as religious Superior, Father also teaches Senior Re- ligion. His thorough explana- tions helped us over the many rough spots in our study of apologetics.

We wish to congratulate him upon his recent appointment to this position and pray God to bless him in his many duties. 2 Mr 9'5
