PHI THE TA KAPPA The Psi Epsilon Chapter, of Phi Theta Kappa, is known for recognizing scholastic achievement at Northeast Alabama State Ju- nior College. Students must obtain a 3.25 grade point average before being invited to join. The objectives of Phi Theta Kappa are to create an enthusiasm for scholarship, to stim- ulate a desire to render service, to promote worthy leadership and to encourage the de- velopment of character of all students at Northeast State. This year the Psi Epsilon Chapter had var- ious projects to raise money for scholarships and other Phi Theta Kappa activities. A tu- toring service is also provided for any North- east State student.
