The emphasis on more personal freedom of the students,” describes the change that has been made since Robert Druckenmiller graduated from Northampton in 1954. Additionally, Druckenmiller participated in baseball and basketball and was a Student Council member. Presently. Druckenmiller teaches history. A dashing Robert Druckenmiller Robert Druckenmiller The main change I see in Northampton since I graduated is the difference in the attitude of the students. Today, some students are impolite and ill-mannered towards teachers, which is something I never heard of as a student,” commented Joan Kremus. Kremus, a Northampton graduate of 1954. recalls special memories of the sports activities she was involved in during high school. An active sports participant, Kremus played soft-ball and basketball intra-murals of three years. Additionally, she participated in band. Presently, Kremus teaches health and physical education. When George Snyder graduated in 1967, a student could not carry cigarettes, could not go to his locker at lunchtime, could not wear certain jeans, and experienced a frightening situation when summoned to the office. While in high school, Snyder served as a member of the Debate Club, performed in the Senior Class play, and wrestled. One of Snyder's favorite memories is when Assistant Principal. Al Laubach, led the cheers at a pep rally. Presently, Snyder teaches English. George Snyder Mario Pasquariello. a graduate of Northamp ton High School, notes larger course selections and more activities as changes since he gradu ated in 1967. Besides an interest in the business field, Pas quariello spent his spare time in the weight room preparing for wrestling matches. Presently, Pasquariello is teaching business. 1967 Senior Mario Pasquariello I like the atmosphere of the student body and find the discipline is enforced more since my high school days at Northampton. commented Sally Pany. a 1979 graduate of Northampton when asked about the differences she observes. Pany participated in National Honor Society. Spanish club, yearbook staff, and was a library aide. Presently, Pany is head librarian at Northampton. Band member Sally Pany
