North Winneshiek began organizing a Future Homemakersof America local chapter last fall. Our officers were: Pres. Terry McCabe Logsdon, V. Pres. - Susann Sexton, Sec'y. - Dianne Snell, Treasurer - Susan Hovey, Public Relation - LuAnn Sutton, Projects Chairman - Maxine Sutton, Parliamentarian - Lois Cline, Recreation Chairman - Rhonda Knoke, Historian - Marsha Emery, Music Chairman - Colleen Sutton. ACTIVITIES: Guests at a District meeting in Elkader, October 3, 1970. Held a Christmas party for the Kindergarten classes. Went Christmas caroling with the FFA and FTA and had a party afterward. Bowling party for members. Lois Cline and Sheryl Ryan, President and Vice-President for 1970- 71 and Miss Opfer, Advisory attended the State F.H. A. Convention held at the Hotel Fort Des Moines in Des Moines this spring, where we were welcomed in the state assoication. Invited FFA to roller skating party.
