Chorus, Psychology, Econom ics, Geography MUSIC DEPARTMENT Mr. John Hoffman It is our aim in the music depart- ment to develop a sense of appreciation for the performing arts as well as to offer the opportunity for students to develop their own skills. During the course of a school year, we are con- cerned with many types of music re- quiring various degrees of ability, and even the most indifferent student finds that he has musical likes or dislikes. We are indeed proud of our new music room. The large rehearsal area, the storage places, and the practice rooms give us the needed space for our expanding music department. Mrs. Marian Cochran Librarian Ohio State Uni- versity, Utah State, Ohio University, U CLA, Kent State LIBRARY I am proud of our new library and the way students are learning to use it. I am grateful to my library staff and Mr. Cochran's projection crew for their willing service. I am also amazed that the expansive counter is no foil for my ability to clutter. Still, I envy those who get to teach, for librarianship cannot duplicate the fulfillment I find in teaching. ADVICE: We cannot know what the future holds for us: therefore, it behooves us to seize every opportunity to prepare for that future diligently.
