ADMINISTRATION Opportunities for youth in this country have never been preempted. There is no saturation point in opportunities and they will be seized by those who are prepared to seize them . . . those whose thinking and attitudes are opti- mistic and constructiveg and they will be made the most of by those who are willing to pay the price and make the sacrifices which all true success demands. We hope that we have, in some measure, con- tributed to those ideals and attitudes which tend to make better and happier citizens. You are now somewhat like a minor league baseball player at bat for the first time in the major leagues. Your parents and teachers, like a minor league manager, have attempted to train and teach you various fundamentals. You must now call upon that training if success is going to be yours.
