FROM THE BEGINNING TO THE END- THEY HELPED US IN EVERY WAY . 3 ,Q 65 r to if 1 l I f EDWARD H. Their duties consist of administering and supervising all the school affairs of the dis- trict. In no year during the various tenures of of- fice of these representatives of the district have more demands on their time and efforts been made. The current building program alone has proved to be filled with many problems neces- sitating countless meetings, to say nothing of the time required by the regular business of the school. With the broadening of the curriculum and expansion of educational facilities our adminis- trators must be complimented for their efforts in keeping North Union abreast of the trends of the time. 10 MIR1. ADMINISTRATION Opportunities for youth in this country have never been preempted. There is no saturation point in opportunities and they will be seized by those who are prepared to seize them . . . those whose thinking and attitudes are opti- mistic and constructiveg and they will be made the most of by those who are willing to pay the price and make the sacrifices which all true success demands. We hope that we have, in some measure, con- tributed to those ideals and attitudes which tend to make better and happier citizens. You are now somewhat like a minor league baseball player at bat for the first time in the major leagues. Your parents and teachers, like a minor league manager, have attempted to train and teach you various fundamentals. You must now call upon that training if success is going to be yours. It is our wish that you will get those base hits which will win the various games in life. My sincere congratulations and warmest re- gards. William J.
