To be happy does not mean to be self-satisfied or indifferent to poverty, wrong, and tragedy, but it does mean that F you can rise above circumstances, that you can have a part in creating the atmosphere in which your life shall be lived. Begin y each day with a kind thought and a word of praise. Do something to help another. Take satisfaction in the goodness and kind- ness that you see in people...Do all this and life will be more worthwhile for you. iQ l Jang W if Img, F ,lla-6.4, ' Z2 Wzgzjzr' s Aw- :A S F X. This handicapped both teams as few footholds could be found. The game ended 12-0 in favor of Harlem. Big Sandy journeyed to Sunburst, making it the Refiner's only home game, but Big Sandy proved to be big and fast, the game ending 44-19, Sunburst then journeyed to Browning and Valier respectively only to be downed 32-19 and 24-6. At Oilmont, however, it was a different story, Although the field was covered with snow, the Refiners found their passes clicking which made the air attack the chief ground gainer, The Refiners came out on top by a score of 21 -'I for the only win of the season, 1 I e 4 n , '- f WM 1 Q 1 , Q . . , I - f f.fmiZ.. xl ' If ., k' W1 ' wi A f ' 1 . , W ......,...,sNx B SQUAD W.
