Webster THE ATHLETlC ASSOCIATION The Athletic Association is one ot the most active organizations at N. S. H. S. Or- ganized in l939, its aim is to promote, sup- ervise and coordinate all recreational and athletic activities. Each year the A.A. spon- sors the Block Letter Banquet and grants awards including block letters, numerals and insignias. They have held many suc- cessful dances during the year. Filipiki, D. Arnold, S. White, D. Stever. DISCIPLINE CLINIC The Discipline Clinic was organized in The Fall of 1955 by a com- miTTee of The Teachers' AssociaTion of The High School. The purpose was To aid The AdminisTraTion in handling The discipline in The High School. IT was feIT ThaT since The Teachers knew The children so well, They should Try To help The children solve Their problems. Due To This aim, The TiTle of Clinic was used. Mr. DeLaney and Mr. Ivers were The members of The original com- miTTee who conTinued and acTually seT up The present organizaTion. For The pasT year, Mr. DeLaney has been The Teacher-coordinaTor of The Clinic, Mr. PeTer Scholl, our Vice Principal, is The AdminisTraTive coordi- naTor. The Clinic has been very successful in our school. Due To The hope of one day having The sTudenT body handle The operaTion, STudenT Run- ners have been used To aid The individual Clinic members each period of The day. Due To Their aid, STudenT AchievemenT Awards have been given each.
