It strives to create better understanding between the pupils and their parents, to keep alumni in contact with school acivi- ties, to taster school spirit and promote clean sportsmanship, to endorse worthy school enterprises, to encourage and com' mend high scholarship, and to serve, in general, as a medium for the expression of student opinion. The Yearbook Club, composed of sen- iors, is responsible for the actual produc- tion of the NORTHMEN. Working under their editors, the Liter- ary, Art and Layout, Business and Publi- city Committees each perform o specific iob which results in a completed yearbook. The sole of yearbooks to the student body is also handled by the club. To partially finance the cost of printing the yearbook, boosters are issued to the public.
