RICHINS President Superintendent Vice-President CBoard of Education HE MEMBERS of the Board of Education of the North Summit School District' are men of unerring vision. They are sympathetic, progressive, and intensely interested in the affairs and successes of the students of North Summit. They are impartial, wise, and judicious in their much sought for council. This Board of Education has made of our school a self-reliant educational institution. The members of the student body are thankful for such a helpful and enthusiastic body of school executives who have so con- sistantly and' generously planned for the present and future Welfare of our student body. n Our Faculty UR FACULTY members have consecrated their lives for the betterment of the students of North Summit High School. They are not only the teacherspbut hope to be comrades, the examples, the ideals of our splendid student body. Students entering school may be lonely and therefore need the warmth of friendship and brotherhood to create a firmer impulse to keep the light of desire for education burning. This is an accomplishment of our faculty. Our faculty members have acted as an advisory body to the students in their extra curricular activities. May it be hoped that this action has resulted in the inspiration of the spirit of youth. They have challenged the minds of students in the production of wit, soundness of judgment and enthusiasm for self development. Through this very close contact of stu- dentand teacher, has developed charming manners and courtesy so necessary in our complex life today. f They have at all times tried to be honest-minded, direct, encouraging and constructive in all student contacts. lt is their desire to be fair in their judgments, They have always regarded as sacred, the sensitive regard for the wills of those whose lives they have come in contact. The fal'13VC tried to open the door to all students so that they might enjo cgportlmities, Ehlhflre, enjoyment in the common things of life and love for the hne and beautiful. They have ever tried to instill into the lives of the students, the nne traditions of North Summit High. The ideals expressed by the War Whoop, the Chieftain and the accomplishments of the Braves themselves, should be woven into the minds and hearts of each student so that he may be guided by a real joy in striving for perfection in his life's work. To these ends our faculty members have ever been ready to spend their valuable time and effort-never hesitating for the betterment of our student body. To this service North Summit High will stand an endowed tribute. Page Ten
