During the summer of ’86, I made the USA Soccer Team and played in England, France, West Germany, Hungary, Czechoslavakia, Denmark, and Holland. I led the USA team in both goals and assists. (14 goals, 11 assists) I played in 31 matches during a five week period. I sometimes played on the older team because they were not doing so well. I did not particularly like the food in Europe and was glad to come home. I liked Amsterdam the best for its social scene. This enthusiastic group of students work hard to bring the stu- dents montly updates on events that occur in and out of the school.
