‘“An Outstanding Season”’ “The Freshman Girls’ Basketball team had an outstanding season this year,’’ stated Coach Jane Ostrowski. The girls had skill and worked hard building speed and endurance, enabling them to break all previous Freshman Girls’ Basketball records. But without the team’s terrific attitude and spirit they could have never risen to the top. The team had a lot of dedication; therefore, they were bound to produce many outstanding players. The Freshman team’s Most Valuable player award went to Julie Midkiff; Most Spirited to Rulanna Hybl; Best Attitude was given to Nikki Pope and Laura Seiffert; and Most Improved was awarded to J.V.
