I am happy he decided to take Auto Body. Robert Crowell Science Sharon Robertson Sharon Robertson is one of the better students at North Side. She has taken all the higher level science classes offered and been very successful. The teachers in the science classes that have had her as a student have experienced the joy of an excellent student and young lady. John Peterson 1 Computer Literacy Cecilia Puente Cecilia Puente received the computer literacy award because she was a very dedicated student and took to the task of learning about computers and how they work. She was very eager to learn. And she always helped others when she could. Glenda Taylor 12 Reading Debra Soto Debra excels in the reading program because she rakes every opportunity to learn more than what is expected. Her reading skills offer proof that she is able to apply what she has learned in lab.” Lucretia Walker 1 WHETS WtiB [ Band Mandy Vargas Mandy is a great student. She's already proved to be a good percussionist. She's almost too cute to play snare drums. I wish I had twenty young ladies like her”. Earnest Colvin E.S.O.L. Maria Elena Varela Maria Elena is one of the bright spots of the Language Center Program. She is friendly, outgoing, and optimistic. She cares about her fellow students and has developed a lot of friendships. She is an ex- cellent student and works hard to produce consistently superior work. Rick Ruff 13 Arf Michael Menchaca Michael Menchaca has come a long way in his art. I have watched him progress and change. He is bound for great things and I feel priviledged to be a part of his life. Gay Lyn Pope Cosmetology Daffrin Walker Daffrin is one of the most honest, energetic, and even-tempered people that I have had the pleasure to work with in class. She is always willing and happy to do assignments and then goes that extra mile to do more than is required. Her ambition, skill and knowledge will assure that she will fulfill her dreams of success with the reality of success. Carol Hogan History Mitun Ghose Mitun never accepts anything she reads or is told. Her inquisitive nature causes her to think through what she learns and drives her to seek the truth of the matter. This characteristic is essential to understanding the lessons of history.
