The year's downbeat, directed by Mr. Miller, Mr. Vick, and Mr. Chinburg, began with a Hall- oween Party and a formal initiation at the Presby- terian Church., Bravura charachterized the caroling party, a Christmas program at the Methodist Home, Va1entine's activities, and the final banquet at the Chuckwagon.

, .V vi.,-1' my i ,,... 3+ Drama Club Mrs. Hopkins, Drama Club '66-'67 advisor, is shown above teaching the fine arts of the drama profession. ---.ii Chief Thespians in Snikpoh for the '66-'67 year were: Kris Hargand, publicityg Donna Ernest, publicityg Gail Culp, vice-presidentg Pam Magines, treasurerg Mary Boyer, secretary, Randy Valentine, president. Boasting a membership of nearly 100 students, Snikpoh members have a hard time meeting in one classroom. One of the subjects discussed in Drama Club was the possibility of putting on an all school musical productiong L'il Abner became a reality in the latter part of the year. Drama Club supplied work parties for props, make-up, selling tickets, and the publicity for the musical. Some of the people were ushers for the play-nights, and many of the members had parts in the play itself. Drama Club played a large part in the success of North Salem's first musical production in recent years.

NY Home Economics Club The Home Economics Club of North Salem is open co all girls who take a year of high school Home Economics. The club sponsors the annual Mum sale and has an annual banquet, breakfast, initiation and several parries. During the Christmas season the club members make boxes for Fairview home.
