The annual event was held Saturday evening, April 8, in the Marion Hotel Star- light Auditorium. Op Art was featured in the decor- ations with do-it-yourself impressionismn on the tables in the refreshment area. Beth Rasmussen and Marge Bradley headed the decorations committee, Kathy Snider, Sue Dancer, and Carol Cahill represented the three North Y-teen clubs. 137

I ae: iz? Q Sweetheart Ba ' Sjll PS. The annual Sweetheart Ball, sponsored by Salem's Hi-Y clubs, was held on February 18 this year in South Sa1em's east balcony gym. Kathy Bellock, representing Harrison Elliot Senior Hi-Y, was crowned Queen by Hi-Y council president, Bruce Zahradnik. Princesses Janet Ashton and Sue Linnertz represented North's other Hi-Y clubs.
