During this year, the Future Teachers of America have had vari- ous proiects and activi- 1'ies.An initiation banquet was held in the fall bring- ing in new members. Members bflend- ed the State Convention ancl the Regional Conven- tion. They sold North Sa- lem boolccovers 'for a money raising project. At club meetings g u e s 1' speakers were heard giv- ing ideas on education as a career. A scholarship was granted to the outstand- ing senior interested in a teaching career. Many of the mem- bers parficipated in Cadet Teaching.
