As we stand on the threshold of our graduation and look back over the years, a few things stand out in our memories. A great deal of our time was spent in selling various articles to earn money for Washington. In our Freshman year, we sold Readi-Jell and T-shirts. In our Sopho- more year, we sold Christmas cards. We took over the candy store in our Junior year, carrying along the usual traditioa Then in our last year, as Seniors, we sold magazines and ads for our yearbook. Each year of high school, we held a dance. Two years, our Sophomore year and Junior year, we had a class banquet, first at the Knotty Pine and then at the Wolcott Hotel. We are proud to have been the first class to publish a school paper-- The Scanner”, now being continued by another class. This year, our final year here at good old N.R.C.S., is going to be the best ever! When we leave, we shall have accomplished much more than this. Already we are looking forward to our ultimate goal - graduation! 21
