Director, Miss Celia French; Student Director, Leah Lipshitz. When the Class of 55 has graduated, we will still be remembered by our many accomplishments. Besides breaking all previous records on our magazine sale, the high spot of the year was our production of the Senior play, Family Circle.” Although we had a few minor mishaps, no class can say that they enjoyed the projects as much as we did. We thank our director and advisor, Miss French, for molding our efforts into a fine play. For all our hard work we received the great satisfaction of knowing that we were coming closer to attaining our final goal—the Washington Trip.” 19

CLASS OF 1956 OFFICERS William Dickinson President LeRoy Poole Vice-President Gerald Bastian Treasurer Dorothy Gillette Secretary The twenty-seven Jolly Juniors started the year with a successful Halloween Dance on October 29, with music by Ken Malcolm. In the middle of October, the excitement of ordering the Class Rings aroused the interest of everyone in the Junior Class. They made profits from the candy store and popcorn machine all the year during the noon hour. They also sold pop, popcorn, and candy at basketball games. The Juniors enjoyed the Christmas Party with a grab bag. Most of the gifts were humorous. Surely the Class of 1956 will long remember their Junior year.
