We, the ed- itors of the 1957 Jfanet, feel, as do many others, that Nortlfs Class of ,57 has been distinctive in its spirit, in its attitude, in its accomplishments, we have tried to depict this intangible reality as best we could. We have, therefore, integrated the individual seniors into the design of our activity pages in order to emphasize The Senior at North. DEDICATICN M NIR. JAIIES S. COLLINS During our six years at North he has been our guiding light: leading us, inspiring us. He has been our guardian, our advisor, our friend. His influence will continue to play a vital part in our future lives. In appreciation we dedicate the MANET for 1957 to our principal, lNlr. James S. Collins, who has completed his last year as headmaster at North. We are sure that although he will be succeeded, he will never be replaced. 5
