Ll, enduring and worth-while projects should find their justfiication in the need that brings them into existence. Their usefulness a11d value are clearly indicated according to the degree of service which they render in advancing the best interests of those concerned. It is our hope that this issue of our yearbook may be the means of a further realization of worthy accomplishment, and one of the rungs in our ladder of pI'0gI'0SS. The special theme of this issue is Candid Camera Shots. It is the wish of the editors to present to our readers pictures of our real selves in a number of our activities, all of which are essential to school life. Such pictures should show purposeful activity without any camouflage or special treatment to reveal anything other than the original. Perhaps from this timely subject we may appreciate more fully the value of forming our habits so successfully that our consciences will always be clean and clear, and that the candid camera will present pictures that will be pleasing to others and satisfying to ourselves. May these pictures be so valuable that we may refer to them now and always as a source of inspiration and value throughout our lives. Our congratulations are hereby extended to those responsible for its l ' ' . . . . pu Jl'Cat'0n James T. Volhns, Principal
