' ndante, presented at state play contest if The contest play Andante, was directed by Mr. Skip Altig, and included five cast mem- bers. Andante is the story of a concert violinist who loses the use of his hand in an accident. He has to make the decision of either trying to make something of his life or killing himself. He finally decides that his life is worth living if he can teach his son to play the violin. The play was given at the state play contest in Cozad and as a part of the night of one-acts. eed for secrecy haunts Jewish family The Diary of Anne Frank is the story of a young Jewish girl hiding with her family. Later, they are joined by a family well known to her father. The story took place during the Nazi occupation of the Netherlands. After struggling for two and a half years to keep their whereabouts unknown, the play ends as they are discov- ered and taken to concentration camps. S Student directed one act plays presented Rise and Shine begins on judgement day in a grave- yard. Hepzibah CKristie Will- sony died and her late hus- band Henry CMike Doutyj married Jane CChris Mainj, the lady next door. Hepzibah and Philip QWade Nelsonl vis- ited and found out that Philip was Hepzibah's grandson. Everyone goes to judgement at the sound of Gabriel's horn. The play was directed by Cyndy Smith. Kiss Me Quickg l'm Dou- ble-Parked, was about a doctor trying to get to his wedding while many obsta- cles confront him. Complicat- ing matters more, his nurse loves him and doesn't want him to get married.
